Rhiannon Leaman, Baroness Leaman

Rhiannon Leaman, Baroness Leaman is a British political aide and member of the House of Lords. A longtime staffer for the Liberal Democrats, she served as the party's head of national campaigns before becoming Chief of Staff to Jo Swinson in 2019. She subsequently served as Chief of Staff to Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey. In 2026, she was created a life peer as Baroness Leaman, of Chipping Sodbury in the County of Gloucestershire, following her nomination in the 2025 Political Peerages.
