Éric Jeansannetas

Éric Jeansannetas is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Creuse department since 2014. A former school teacher by profession, he was active in local politics in Guéret, where he served as deputy mayor and as a departmental councilor. Initially a member of the Socialist Party, he led the party's federation in Creuse from 1997 to 2003. In 2019, he transitioned from the Socialist group in the Senate to join the RDSE group. His political career has focused on regional representation and local governance within the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
