Ricardo Anaya Cortés

Ricardo Anaya Cortés is a Mexican lawyer and politician currently serving as a Senator of the Republic. A prominent member of the National Action Party (PAN), he previously served as a Federal Deputy, President of the Chamber of Deputies, and as the National President of the PAN. He was the coalition candidate for the presidency of Mexico in the 2018 federal elections. Anaya holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Social Studies from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has been involved in various legislative reforms throughout his career.
