Richard G. Collins

Richard G. Collins is an American politician and farmer currently serving as a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 41. First elected in 2014 after defeating an incumbent, he has maintained his seat through subsequent election cycles. Outside of his legislative duties, Collins is a business owner who operates Access Insurance. Politically, he has expressed support for Donald Trump and has commented on national political events, including the January 2021 storming of the U.S. Capitol.
