Rick Allen is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. Representative for Georgia's 12th congressional district since 2015. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in building construction, he founded a successful construction company in 1976 before entering politics. As a conservative Republican, Allen has focused on fiscal policy, infrastructure, and workforce development. Throughout his tenure in Congress, he has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump and has taken firm stances against abortion, same-sex marriage, and various environmental regulations. He currently serves on the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
