Rigoberto Salgado Vázquez is a Mexican politician and a founding member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena). Born in Mexico City, he holds a master's degree in law and has extensive experience in public administration, having served as the mayor of the Tláhuac borough from 2015 to 2018. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in local government and served as a member of the Mexico City Congress. Currently, he serves as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies, representing the 9th district of Mexico City.
