Rizwan Arshad

Rizwan Arshad is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly for the Shivajinagar constituency, a position he has held since winning the by-elections in December 2019. He began his political career through the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) and later served as the President of the Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress. Before his election to the Legislative Assembly, he served as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Council from 2016 to 2019. Throughout his career, Arshad has focused on urban infrastructure development and civic issues in Bengaluru.
