Rob Botterell is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for the riding of Saanich North and the Islands. First elected in 2024, he succeeded retiring Green MLA Adam Olsen, marking a historic moment as the first time in Canadian history that a Green politician held a seat left open by a Green predecessor at a general election. Before entering provincial politics, Botterell was a lawyer who represented First Nations governments and worked for the provincial Ministry of Finance.
