Marcos Robério Ribeiro Monteiro is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Ceará. Before his federal tenure, he served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ceará from 2015 to 2018 and as the mayor of his hometown, Itarema, for two terms between 2005 and 2012. A member of the Brazilian Socialist Party, he has been involved in significant legislative votes, including support for the 'PEC das Praias' and 'PEC da Blindagem' constitutional amendments.
