Robert Myers Jr.

Robert Myers Jr. is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Alaska Senate representing District Q, which encompasses North Pole and parts of the Fairbanks North Star Borough. Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, in 1983, he graduated from West Valley High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2007. Before his election to the state senate in 2020, where he defeated a longtime incumbent, Myers worked as a legislative intern, a truck driver, and a tour bus operator. He identifies as a conservative Republican and serves as a co-chair of the Alaska chapter of the Future Caucus.
