Robert Raczyński

Robert Raczyński is a Polish politician and local government official who has served as the Mayor of Lubin since 2002, having previously held the office from 1990 to 1994. A graduate of history from the University of Wrocław, he was active in the Independent Students' Association during his studies. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent figure in regional politics, serving as a councilor for the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly and founding the Non-Partisan Local Government Activists movement. In 2026, he was appointed to the Council of Territorial Self-Government under the President of the Republic of Poland.
