Rocío Corona Nakamura

María del Rocío Corona Nakamura is a Mexican politician currently serving as a Senator of the Republic representing the state of Jalisco. A law graduate from the University of Guadalajara with a master's degree in Constitutional Law and Amparo, she has had a long career in public service. Previously a long-time member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), she served multiple terms in the Congress of Jalisco and the federal Chamber of Deputies before joining the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico (PVEM).
