Roderick van de Mortel is a Dutch politician and administrator who served as the mayor of Vught from 2007 until 2025. A member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), he previously held various local government roles in 's-Hertogenbosch, including municipal councilor, faction leader, and alderman. Following his three terms as mayor, he was named an honorary citizen of Vught and transitioned into a career as a part-time estate director. He is a Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau.
