Rodge Gutierrez

Ramon Rodrigo Gutierrez is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the 1-Rider Partylist since 2022. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a Juris Doctor degree, he previously practiced law as a counsel at the Gutierrez Law Office. In his legislative capacity, he has focused on road safety and traffic management, advocating for the creation of a National Traffic Enforcement and Management Center. He is also known for his vocal stance on national sovereignty, particularly regarding the Philippines' position in the West Philippine Sea.
