Rodolfo Albano III is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of Isabela, a position he has held since 2019. Born in Cabagan, Isabela, he is the son of the late Congressman Rodolfo B. Albano Jr. Throughout his extensive political career, he has served multiple terms as a representative for the 1st congressional district of Isabela between 1998 and 2019, and also held the office of Vice Governor of Isabela from 2010 to 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from De La Salle University.
