Roland van Kessel

Roland van Kessel is a Dutch politician currently serving as the Mayor of Cranendonck, a position he has held since November 20, 2018. Before his tenure as mayor, he was an alderman in the municipality of Peel en Maas from 2014 to 2018 and previously served as an alderman and deputy mayor in Kessel. His professional background includes working as a laboratory analyst and manager at the blood bank Sanquin. Van Kessel began his political career in 1994 as a co-founder of the local party Reëel Alternatief.
