Ronald Schneider

Ronald Schneider is a Dutch politician, economist, and reserve officer who has served as the Mayor of Barendrecht since June 2023. Born in Utrecht, he studied economics and law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Before his current role, he held various political positions, including serving as a city councilor and faction leader for Leefbaar Rotterdam, as well as an alderman in both Rotterdam and Albrandswaard. In addition to his mayoral duties, he is a reserve officer in the Royal Netherlands Army.
