Rosalind Louise Spence is an Australian politician currently serving as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, representing the district of Kalkallo. A member of the Labor Party, she previously represented the seat of Yuroke from 2014 to 2022. Before entering state parliament, she served as a councillor and Mayor of the City of Hume. Throughout her parliamentary career, Spence has held several ministerial portfolios, including Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Prevention of Family Violence, and her current roles as Minister for Agriculture, Community Sport, and Carers and Volunteers in the Allan ministry.
