Roy Loyola

Roy Maulanin Loyola is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as the representative for Cavite's 5th congressional district, a position he has held since 2022. Previously, he served as the district's inaugural representative from 2010 to 2019 and held multiple terms as the mayor of Carmona, Cavite. During his legislative career, he has been a member of the Commission on Appointments and has supported significant legislation, including the conversion of Carmona into a city and the absolute divorce bill.
