Rudolf Raffelsberger is an Austrian politician who has served as a member of the Landtag of Upper Austria since 2015. A member of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), he has also held the position of Mayor of the market town of Scharnstein since 2009. Before his full-time political career, he worked in the state civil service and as a carpenter. Raffelsberger is actively involved in regional governance and serves on the supervisory boards of the Upper Austrian Transport Holding and the Salzkammergut 2024 European Capital of Culture project.
