Rudolf Salvetr

Rudolf Salvetr is a Czech politician currently serving as the Mayor of Klatovy. A member of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS), he has held the mayoral office since 2006, with a brief interruption, and has been a long-standing member of the Plzeň Regional Assembly since 2008. Previously, he served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic from 2021 to 2025. Before his political career, he worked as a primary school director. Salvetr is recognized for his extensive local government experience and his involvement in regional infrastructure and healthcare governance.
