Rupie Phillips

Rupert W. Phillips, Jr. is an American politician serving as a member of the West Virginia Senate since 2020. Previously, he served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2011 to 2019. Throughout his political career, Phillips has undergone several party affiliations, initially being elected as a Democrat before switching to Independent and eventually joining the Republican Party.
