Russel Cebekhulu

Russel Nsikayezwe Cebekhulu is a South African politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the Inkatha Freedom Party. First elected to Parliament in 2009, he served until 2014 before returning to the National Assembly in 2015. Throughout his tenure, he has been an active member of various parliamentary committees, including those focused on agriculture, land reform, public service, and defence. He was re-elected to his seat in the 2019 and 2024 general elections, continuing his legislative work in the South African Parliament.
