Ryo Inada is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Mitsuke in Niigata Prefecture. Born in 1971, he graduated from Niigata University with a degree in engineering. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career as a bureaucrat in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, where he held various roles including serving as the Deputy Mayor of Nakatsu City in Oita Prefecture. He was first elected as Mayor of Mitsuke in December 2021 and was re-elected unopposed in November 2025.
