Ryan Christian Santos Recto is a Filipino politician serving as the Representative for Batangas's sixth district since June 2025. Born in 1996 to prominent political figures Ralph Recto and Vilma Santos, he pursued a degree in business management at the Ateneo de Manila University before entering public service. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as an Assistant House Majority Leader and holds vice chairperson positions for the Economic Affairs and Globalization and WTO committees. He represents the Nacionalista Party and is focused on regional development within his constituency.
