坂本 隆司

Ryuji Sakamoto is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Ryugasaki City and Tone Town constituency. Before entering politics, he worked for 16 years in the construction industry, where he served as a site supervisor and sales manager while obtaining national certifications in civil engineering and architecture. He began his political career as a member of the Ryugasaki City Council in 2011 before being elected to the prefectural assembly in 2019. His policy focus includes regional development, disaster prevention, support for agriculture and industry, and social welfare initiatives for the elderly and disabled.
