Sławomir Rybicki is a Polish politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Senate of Poland. A long-time activist associated with the Solidarity movement in the 1980s, he later served as a member of the Sejm for several terms between 2001 and 2012. He also held high-level positions in the Chancellery of the President of Poland, including Secretary of State, from 2012 to 2015. Rybicki has been a prominent figure in the Civic Platform party and currently chairs the Senate Committee on Rules, Ethics and Senatorial Affairs.
