Sílvia Riva González is an Andorran politician and notary who currently serves as a member of the General Council of Andorra representing the constituency of Andorra la Vella. Riva González previously served as the Minister of Culture and Sports from 2019 to 2023, during which time she focused on developing national cultural strategies and museums. Before her ministerial appointment, she was a long-time political advisor and a member of the Liberal Party of Andorra, later aligning with the Democrats for Andorra party. Outside of her legislative duties, she maintains a private legal practice specializing in civil, family, and business law.
