S. Suresh Kumar

S. Suresh Kumar is an Indian politician and a prominent member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Born in Bengaluru, he has a long-standing career in public service, having served as a corporator in the Bengaluru City Corporation before being elected to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly multiple times, including in 1994, 1999, 2008, 2013, 2018, and 2023. He has held significant ministerial roles in the Government of Karnataka, including Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs and Minister for Primary and Secondary Education. An advocate by profession, he was active in the opposition to the Emergency and has been associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh since his youth.
