Sahil Babayev

Sahil Babayev is an Azerbaijani politician serving as the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan since February 2025. Previously, he served as the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population from 2018 to 2025 and held various roles in the Ministry of Economy and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party and holds a PhD in law from Baku State University.
