Salvador Malheiro Ferreira da Silva is a Portuguese politician and engineer serving as the Secretary of State for Fisheries and the Sea and President of the Municipal Assembly of Ovar. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he previously served as a deputy in the Assembly of the Republic and as Mayor of Ovar for three consecutive terms from 2013 to 2024. He also held national party leadership roles as vice-president of the PSD's National Political Commission.
