Samantha Poetter Parshall

Samantha Poetter Parshall is an American politician serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 6th district. A first-generation American raised in Paola, Kansas, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from Kansas State University. Before her election to the state legislature in 2020, she worked as an intern for the Kansas Secretary of State, a campaign staffer for Senator Pat Roberts, and the communications director for Secretary of State Kris Kobach. In 2016, she served as the chair of the conservative political action committee Kansans for Conservative Values.
