Samuel Mvondo Ayolo is a Cameroonian diplomat and high-ranking civil servant currently serving as the Director of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon. Born in Sangmélima, he pursued higher education in France, earning degrees in law and political science from the Jean Moulin University Lyon 3. Throughout his career, he has held significant diplomatic posts, including serving as the Ambassador of Cameroon to Gabon from 2008 to 2016 and as the Ambassador of Cameroon to France. Since his appointment in 2018, he has played a central role in the administration of President Paul Biya, holding the rank of minister within the government.
