Samvel Manukyan is a Georgian-Armenian politician who served as a member of the Parliament of Georgia. Born in 1976 in Akhalkalaki, he graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics in 1997 with a focus on civil labor law. Manukyan first entered parliament in 2016 and represented the Akhalkalaki and Ninotsminda constituencies as a member of the Georgian Dream party. He served in the legislature until the conclusion of his term on November 25, 2024.
