Sander de Rouwe

Sander de Rouwe is a Dutch politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kampen, a position he has held since October 1, 2021. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), he previously served as a member of the House of Representatives from 2007 to 2015 and as a member of the provincial executive of Friesland. Throughout his career, he has focused on policy areas including traffic, transport, education, and regional economic development. He was invested as a Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2015 for his parliamentary service.
