A member of the Democratic Party, she assumed office in November 2020. Prior to her legislative career, Clark worked in public service, including as an intern for Rochester Mayor Bill Johnson and as a deputy state director for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. She resides in the Maplewood neighborhood of Rochester with her family.
