Sayın Bayar Özsoy is a Turkish politician and civil engineer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for the 28th parliamentary term, representing the Justice and Development Party in Kayseri. Born in 1963 in Yahyalı, Kayseri, he graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Akdeniz University in 1986. Prior to his legislative career, he held several administrative roles within the Kayseri municipal government, including serving as the Deputy Secretary General of the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality from 2020 to 2023.
