Scott Buchholz

Scott Buchholz is an Australian politician who has served as the Member of the House of Representatives for the Division of Wright since 2010. A member of the Liberal National Party of Queensland, he previously held ministerial roles including Assistant Minister for Road Safety and Freight Transport in the Morrison government. Before entering federal politics, Buchholz worked in the agri-finance and transport industries, eventually establishing his own freight and courier business. He is associated with the National Right faction of the Liberal Party and has been a prominent voice in Queensland politics for over a decade.
