Sebastián Zamora

Sebastián Zamora is a Chilean politician and former police officer who currently serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the 7th District. A former corporal in the Carabineros de Chile, he gained national attention during the 2020 social uprising following his involvement in the Pío Nono Bridge incident, for which he was later acquitted of all charges in 2024. Following his acquittal, he entered politics with the Republican Party, focusing his platform on public safety and the defense of law enforcement agencies.
