Seda Kaya Ösen is a Turkish politician who has served as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey since 2023. Elected to represent the province of İzmir in the 2023 Turkish general election, she initially entered parliament as a representative of the Democracy and Progress Party (DEVA). In April 2025, she resigned from the DEVA Party and currently serves as an independent member of the legislature.
