Gülizar Biçer Karaca

Gülizar Biçer Karaca is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Born in Denizli in 1967, she graduated from Selçuk University's Faculty of Law and previously worked as a freelance lawyer and Secretary General of the Denizli Bar Association. A long-time member of the Republican People's Party (CHP), she has held various leadership roles, including serving as the party's deputy chair for human rights and vice chair for nature. Her political career includes service on the Kınıklı Municipality Council and leadership within the Atatürkist Thought Association.
