Seiko Mochizuki is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly representing Hodogaya Ward in Yokohama. Before entering politics, she worked as a kindergarten teacher and founded community-based childcare and life support services, including the 'Gingamura' nursery and community cafes.
