Serhat Eren is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the province of Diyarbakır for the Democracy and Equality Party (DEM Party). Born in 1979 in Diyarbakır, he graduated from the Dicle University Faculty of Law. Before his election to parliament, he was an active member of the Diyarbakır Bar Association's board of directors and served on the legal commission of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) headquarters. He is married and a father of two children.
