Serkan Bayram is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly representing Erzincan. Born in 1974, he graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Law in 1996 and later earned a master's degree from Marmara University in 2000. Before his parliamentary career, he worked as a lawyer and a newspaper columnist. Since entering parliament in 2015 as a member of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), he has served on the Security and Intelligence Commission and has been involved in legal representation for high-profile political figures.
