Sethrida Geagea

Sethrida Geagea is a Lebanese politician and Member of Parliament representing the Bcharri district since 2005. A prominent member of the Lebanese Forces, she played a critical role in managing the party and maintaining its organizational structure during the imprisonment of her husband, Samir Geagea, between 1994 and 2005. Beyond her legislative work, she is the founder of the Cedar's Mountain Foundation and has been instrumental in relaunching the Cedars International Festival. Her political career is marked by her involvement in the Qornet Shehwan Gathering and the Bristol Gathering, which were pivotal in the opposition movement that led to the Syrian withdrawal from Lebanon. She remains a dedicated advocate for the sustainable development of the Bcharri region.
