Severin Mayr

Severin Mayr is an Austrian politician representing The Greens. Born in Linz in 1979, he has served as a member of the Landtag of Upper Austria since 2015 and has held the position of parliamentary group leader (Klubobmann) for his party since May 2021. Before his tenure in the state parliament, Mayr was a member of the Linz municipal council from 2003 to 2015 and served on the board of the Linz Greens. Professionally, he worked as a graphic designer in an advertising agency prior to his full-time political career. He also serves as a deputy state spokesperson for the Upper Austrian Greens.
