Shaun Chen is a Canadian politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Scarborough North. First elected in the 2015 federal election, he has been re-elected in subsequent contests, including the 2025 federal election. Before entering federal politics, Chen served as a trustee and Board Chair for the Toronto District School Board. Born in Toronto to Hakka Chinese parents from India, he is an alumnus of the University of Toronto and has been recognized for his community service, including receiving the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers.
