Shelia Stubbs is an American politician and pastor serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Representing the Madison area, she made history as the first African American to represent Dane County in the Wisconsin Legislature. Before her election to the Assembly in 2018, she served for 16 years on the Dane County Board of Supervisors. A former probation and parole agent, Stubbs is a co-founder of End Time Ministries International Church and has been a prominent advocate for racial equity and community issues throughout her career.
