長内繁樹

Shigeki Osanai is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Toyonaka, Osaka. Born in 1958, he graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University and spent much of his career as a civil servant within the Toyonaka municipal government, eventually serving as Deputy Mayor. He was first elected mayor in 2018 and has since focused his administration on child-rearing support, education reform, and digital transformation. His policy initiatives include the establishment of child consultation centers, the expansion of free school lunch programs, and the implementation of various economic relief measures for residents.
