西原進平

Shimpei Nishihara is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Ehime Prefectural Assembly, representing the Matsuyama City and Kamiukena District constituency. A veteran legislator, he has been elected to the assembly nine times. Within the assembly, he serves as the Chairman of the Special Committee on Population Decline and Measures for a Declining Birthrate and Aging Society, and is a member of the Environment, Health, and Welfare Committee. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party.
